đąÂ Go to the âNewâ button in the âMy Journal Entriesâ database to add an entry.
đ Select one of the prompt templates youâd like to try.
đ If youâre new to journalling, start with the Morning Kickstarter or the Evening Shutdown first.
âď¸Â For each journal entry, you can add the date, your daily highlight, current mood and energy levels in the property fields.
đ In the âMy Journalsâ field, you can select the journal that this prompt belongs to i.e. âDaily Journalâ âLife Design Journalâ or âRelationships Journalâ so that entries can be collected in each journal.
â If youâd like to add a journal to the âMy Journalsâ section, go to the âMy Journalsâ database and click new â new journal.
